1) This meeting of the newly elected seven member board of directors was held after MACHA teams finished their league scheduling. Meeting was called to order at approximately 1:00pm.

2) ROLL CALL

Present – Larry Thatcher, Greg Killoran, Cameron Estes, Bob Hughes, Ben Alexander, John Lamond, and Craig Buntenbach.

Absent – N/A

3) First order of business was to determine league officers. After discussion it was determined that the officers will consist of: President – Greg Killoran, Vice President – John Lamond, Secretary – Craig Buntenbach and Treasurer – Larry Thatcher. Cameron Estes will serve as Gold Division Representative and Bob Hughes the Silver Division Representative. Ben Alexander will serve as member-at-large.

4) Cameron Estes accepted the role as Disciplinary Committee Chairman. Cameron will be the only board member on the committee. He will present a proposal of how the disciplinary board will be comprised and how it will function at the next board meeting.

5) Larry Thatcher will contact JD Power about getting the league checking account transferred or closed out and the funds moved to a cashiers check. Larry is also going to request of JD a detailed report of the past league financial transactions.

6) The board determined that is will take two board member signatures on any checks written from the new checking account when it is established.

7) The board will meet again on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 12:00pm at the East Alton Ice Arena in East Alton, IL.
